To meet our growing demands, we are looking for a
**Project Lead Pipelines & Gathering** to join our team.

**The Role**

**Reporting to the Project Manager Surat Off-Plot**, the purpose of this role is to lead a team to execute and deliver Off Plot Pipeline / wells and gathering projects within the Surat Basin.

Also to deliver quality and fit-for-purpose pipelines / wells and gathering and associated infrastructure to support development activities in the Surat Basin, safely and within budget.

This is a Brisbane based position and will require occasional travel to our field operations as required.

**In addition you will**:

- Demonstrate a personal commitment to consistently role model Arrow’s values, code of conduct, safety and the environment.
- Establish positive and productive working relationships with key stakeholders.

- Lead pipeline / wells and gathering project execution contracts in the Surat Basin through approved Arrow processes and systems.
- Prepare development planning and capital budgets for proposed pipeline / wells and gathering development activities.
- Prepare and review all relevant deliverables for project assurance and gathering project execution in the Surat, including future developments and Operations projects.
- Manage the design, construction and commissioning of new Surat Off Plot pipeline / wells and gathering projects ensuring required time, cost, quality and safety outcomes.
- Preparing and maintaining a schedule for approved development activities.
- Preparing monthly and quarterly forecasts of planned expenditure for approved development projects and monthly financial performance reports.
- Manage the interface between project teams and key internal and external stakeholders.

**About You**
You will demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills along with the ability to contribute to a high performing-team with a second-to-none focus on safety and integrity.

**To be considered for this role, you will ideally have**:

- University degree in related engineering field
- Master’s degree or chartered professional qualification
- 15 Years Strong CSG or unconventional experience, preferably with experience in Developments, Project Delivery and Operations Management roles;
- Proven experience in leading large packages of work on Oil & Gas capital projects in Australia.
- Demonstrable experience in integrating at senior levels within the business and with external stakeholders including Government regulators.
- CSG Project Engineering/Management experience is desirable
