Christian Elizabeth Early Learning Centre is an established service located within Green Valley in Sydney's South West that has capacity for 29 children ages 0 to 5.

Our existing team is made up of friendly and diverse people who value the importance of maintaining an optimum level of care and education for all children. We select our staff based on their values, knowledge, their vision for children and their commitment to families.

**Selection Criteria for this position**:
**Legislative**
- Completed Certificate III Education and Care
- Current First Aid and Asthma/Anaphylaxis Certificates
- Current Working with Children Clearance Check
- Current Child Protection training and understanding of Mandatory Reporting procedures.
- Sound understanding of the NQF, EYLF
- Sound understanding of the Education and Care Services National Law and the Education and Care Services National Regulations
- Authorisation to work in Australia

**Professional**
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ensure a high-quality early education program is implemented.
- Provide children with a warm and nurturing setting to thrive.
- Provide a safe physical environment whilst providing an engaging and meaningful play-based program.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure a vibrant and cohesive culture.
- Develop and maintain meaningful relationships with children, families and fellow educators.
- Actively contribute to the educational program, observations and documentation, using a digital platform and informal opportunities to regularly communicate our children’s progress and experience with their families.

**Other - Must have own transport.**
