**The Role**

Quest Moorabbin housekeepers are highly valued members of our team, and key to ensuring positive experiences for our guests and the overall success of the business.

In particular, the role involves providing housekeeping and room attendant services for studio, 1 bedroom, 2 bedroom & 3 bedroom apartments and cleaning common areas to ensure high standards of presentation of the property in line with the Quest brand standards, and efficient operations based on occupancy demands and guest needs.

Will demonstrate a can-do, responsible, and flexible approach to work, excellent communication skills, a friendly customer service demeanor, a keen eye for detail, excellent organisational skills, discretion in guest interaction, and a strong appreciation for workplace safety. An ability to follow instructions and work quickly and efficiently to achieve individual and team goals is key.

Prior experience in a cleaning or housekeeping role ideally in a business environment is essential, and qualifications and prior experience in the hospitality, travel or tourism industries would be highly regarded.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $24.38 - $31.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 30 per week

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Rotating roster
- Weekend availability

Licence/Certification:

- National Police Certificate (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
