**About the Company**
This household name retailer has been providing a wide range of consumer goods to Australian customers since they first opened their doors in Melbourne, in 1981. Passionate about creating a fun and exciting experience for their customers, they are looking for their next Store Manager to drive the Merrylands team to Success.
**About the Role**
- Lead, motivate, and develop a team of up to 12 employees
- Train and coach team members to deliver a high level of customer engagement and satisfaction to drive sales and achieve KPI’s
- Oversee daily operations of the store and ensure customer satisfaction
- Ensure stock levels are maintained, rotated, and merchandised according to company standards.

**Desired Skills & Experience**
- Proven experience in a retail leadership role
- Excellent customer service and communication skills with the ability to build positive relationships with customers and employees
- Good organisational, planning and problem-solving skills
- Experience in developing and coaching a team
- Leading by example and creating a fun and positive work environment
