**About the role**

We’re looking for an efficient Lobby Concierge who has strong receptionist skills and extensive experience on the switchboard. Lobby Concierge provides services to key stakeholders such as visitors, staff and related government agencies to support the achievement of NSW Health's objectives.

As the face of 1 Reserve Road and the NSW Health organisations that occupy the premises, the focus of this role is to deliver the highest quality service standards at maximum efficiency and productivity. For special events or other business requirements, there may also be occasional early starts from 6:30am, and finishing times up to 8:00pm.

**What you will do**
- Provide a high customer service experience and timely communication to all staff and visitors at the front desk in a friendly and professional manner.
- Address questions and concerns efficiently and effectively and direct incoming calls and messages to other agencies.
- Address complaints from dissatisfied customers in the first instance and be aware of the escalation procedure if the complaint cannot be resolved.
- Supporting the Concierge and Events team when required.
- Acting as a Fire warden and First Aider when required.

**About you**

We are seeking motivated and committed individuals who can support the work of NSW Health with:

- Demonstrated ability in providing high-level customer service with experience in a similar role as front-line staff for a large, complex organization.
- Knowledge and use of multifaceted telephony system and proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written and the ability to liaise with people at all levels.
- Experience working in a high volume and demanding professional environment with a capacity to prioritize competing demands and achieve results.
- Demonstrated ability to proactively manage workload and to work independently with mínimal supervision.
