Chelsea Heights, Australia Inspire Life Care Full time

**Part-time - 4 days/week - Day shifts**

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable **Support Worker / Carer** to assist an NDIS participant in **Chelsea, VIC**. This role involves **daily living support, transport, meal preparation, and community engagement**.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Transport to appointments and social activities
- Meal preparation (**gluten-free cooking skills required**)
- Light household cleaning (once a week)
- Companionship and friendly conversation
- Joining community activities (women’s group, knitting, exercise, spiritual gatherings)

**Requirements**:

- **Female applicants encouraged to apply** (due to personal care and privacy needs - Equal Opportunity Act 2010, VIC)
- Previous **care/support work experience** (NDIS experience desirable)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Physically fit for walking and light activities
- Reliable car and valid driver’s licence
- Comfortable working in a home with a male housemate

Pay: $35.95 - $60.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 36 per week
