Due to exceptional growth and success, the RPS Project Management team are seeking motivated and qualified client-side Assistant Project Managers who (ideally) has previous experience/exposure in delivering projects within Defence or similar government Agencies.

**About the opportunity**

The position may be embedded within Defence, acting on behalf of the client or as Assistant Project Management/ Contract Administration (PMCA), spanning across Capital Facilities & Infrastructure (CFI).

**About you**
- A tertiary qualification in Construction, Architectural, Engineering, or similar is desirable.
- Experience/exposure with a range of delivery methodologies, in particular, Head Contract, Managing Contractor and Design and Construct is advantageous;
- Previous experience across Defence, including Defence writing skills;
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills;
- Demonstrated ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks in a timely manner;
- Proactive and able to think strategically;
- Australian Citizen and able to successfully obtain and maintain a minimum Baseline Security Clearance.
- Ability to provide evidence to confirm vaccination status for COVID-19 to meet our client's vaccination requirements in accordance with government regulations.
- 1+ years client-side PM or a PMCA experience in the industries as mentioned above and familiarity with Commonwealth Procurement Rules (would be preferable, but not essential)
- AIPM Accreditation or equivalent would be advantageous.
