Mittagong, Australia The Co-Group Full time

As a Support Worker you will be required to care for participants in helping with daily activities such as showering, light household cleaning, companionship, meal preparation, shopping and transport to appointments. This includes visiting clients on a regular basis in their own home to provide one on one card.

**About You**:

- Available Monday to Friday
- NDIS Worker Check
- HLTAID003 (or equivalent) First Aid Certificate
- Working with Children Check
- A valid Drivers Licence (P2 or above) and access to a reliable vehicle
- Knowledge and/or experience following positive behaviour support plans
- Clear communication skills
- Be resilient and adaptable
- Committed to providing exceptional quality care to clients
- Must be available morning, afternoon & evening

- Salary packaging (up to $15,900 a year, + meal/entertainment benefit $2,650 a year)
