If your current experience on a Grader is not at the required level just yet, there is opportunity to start as an all-rounder operator (Roller, Watercart, Dump Truck) or other machines i.e. Loader, Excavator and progress to this machine. If you don’t have a ticket but have extensive prior experience, that’s okay We can provide verification of competency (VOC). We will actively encourage you to maximise your career and fulfill your ambitions with the vast opportunities we can offer.FOR THE LONG TERM **Come join us** **Your skills on a Grader (John Deere)**: - Final Trim (minimum 2-3 years’); - Able to work with pegs and stringing; - Grader certificate of competency and/or relevant experience; - Previous experience on John Deere advantageous; - Previous experience with GPS systems and Total Station advantageous; - Ability to work unsupervised; - A good work ethic and history of relevant experience; - Competency with referees from recent employers confirming capabilities. **You must come with**: - White or Blue Card; - Hold a current WA Driver’s license & have reliable transport; - Ability to pass drug and alcohol testing; - Strong work ethic, you like getting work on time, every time, working 48 hours a week; - Ability to work in a safe and efficient manner, you take a lot of care in what you do. **It would help if you come with**: - Don’t hold mobile plant operator’s tickets is OK if you have previous experience operating plant on land development subdivisions; **These positions offer**: - 48 hours a week to earn great dollars; - Monday to Friday, 6:45am starts, 5:15pm finishes except Friday finish at 3:15pm; - Over time rates after first 8 hours Monday to Thursday and first 6 hours on Friday; - Great rates depending on your experience There’s plenty of time to be part of the Civil Construction Industry so APPLY now **How to apply** Please register your interest by any of these methods: **Working at Wormall Civil** Wormall Civil is a long-established (1984) leading Western Australian Civil Construction company that strives to provide excellence in engineering, construction, and project management services.
