What’s the opportunity?
We are currently seeking a New Car Sales Consultant to join our Subaru Dealership in Doncaster who is passionate about selling vehicles and are passionate about providing exceptional customer service through understanding the needs of our customers and making a difference.
Further to the above the duties and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:
- be highly skilled at uncovering what our customers needs are and following through with exceptional product options.
- be passionate about advising, selling and test driving with our customers and your energy for our best in class customer focus is your mantra.
- perform other roles within the dealership, valuing trade ins, introducing customers to our Business Managers for finance and insurance and our aftermarket team.
- always be thinking ahead at how best to meet the needs of our customer and driving success for the wider team.
Your success is measured by your individual productivity as well as your overall contribution to the team and our Company. You don’t need to have knowledge of our products when you start, however you have the drive and initiative to learn all your can about the product you represent.
