**THE POSITION**:
We are seeking a number of motivated guards across gatehouse, patrols, corporate sites and much MORE

These roles are full-time with attractive pay rates on offer.

7 days per week, no overnight shifts + a relievers allowance and parking.

You will be responsible for granting visitors, contractors and staff access and ensuring all operations run smoothly and MORE.

**Positions available in Willawong, Chandler and Rochedale locations**

**Opportunity for transfer to one site on a permanent basis**

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Use of computer systems to perform numerous tasks related to gatehouse duties
- Concierge duties/customer service
- Monitoring activities through the use of CCTV and remaining vigilant
- Ensuring safety on site and that rules/procedures are followed across all visitors
- Writing incident reports and following up on relevant tasks in a timely manner
- Provide constant and clear directions through two-way radios and more
- Maintain site logbooks
- Conduct vehicle/inspections and grant access to authorised patrons, staff, visitors, and contractors using Access Control systems
- Ad hoc duties

**ABOUT YOU**:

- You must hold a valid Security Licence in QLD
- You must hold a valid first aid certificate
- You must hold a valid QLD drivers license
- **Be flexible across a 24-7 roster (including weekends & Public Holidays)**:

- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to liaise with stakeholders
- Confidence in different communications methods
- **Excellent communication skills,** both verbal and written
- Good understanding of IT/computers and access control systems (issuing passes)
