**Job Opportunity: Cleaning Subcontractor - Hobart CBD**

**Fantastique Cleaning Tasmania** is currently looking for a reliable and detail-oriented **Cleaning Subcontractor** to join us. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to earn extra income with consistent hours in the heart of Hobart.

**Position Details**
- **Location**: Hobart CBD (Three different offices in different buildings but all in the CBD area)
- **Schedule**: Monday to Friday, after 6:00 PM
- **Hours**: Minimum of 20 hours per week, increasing to 23 hours every second week
- **Payment**: Monthly via ABN
- **Start Date**: Immediate start available
- **Commitment**: Preferably a minimum of 4-month commitment.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Clean and maintain common areas of office buildings, including toilets, floors (using electric equipment), elevators, and interior windows
- Dusting, wiping surfaces, removing rubbish, and general upkeep
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of cleaning equipment
- Report any issues or updates related to cleaning tasks

Additional weekly and fortnightly cleans at nearby CBD offices will also be included in the schedule.

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in commercial cleaning
- Understanding of cleaning products and procedures
- High attention to detail
- Good level of English - both spoken and written (to follow instructions and communicate with the team)
- Police check (issued within the last 20 days)
- Legal working rights in Australia
- A vehicle is not required, but having one is an advantage
