- Our client is a market leader in engineering and manufacturing of transportable communications buildings, modular buildings, sheet metal cabinet enclosures, switch rooms, mobile communication trailers and specialised field services.

They currently have an urgent requirement at there new Somerton Facility for a highly experienced Powdercoater to join there already dynamic team. Hours of work are 8 hours per day from 6.30am-3.00pm Monday to Friday.
- Manually load and lift parts into Batch oven and continuous conveyor line. Ensure hanging requirements are maintained as per parts shape, weight and orientation for effective powder coverage
- Powder Management
- Weigh, Identify, Pick and return powder boxes to their correct store location
- Run Electrostatic powder coating of products in manual spray booth or on a conveyor line according to specification. Adjust settings where required and authorised
- Complete Daily start up and shutdown checklists and QC documentation
- Troubleshoot coating quality issues and identify the root cause.
- Rework where required via hand tools i.e. sanding to re-prep for painting
- You have a great attitude and work ethic

- Have a great eye for detail
- You will be a quick learner with a high level of attention to detail and the ability to work unsupervised.

**Salary**: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Morning shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
