We are currently seeking a talented D365 Techno Functional Consultant. In this role, you will have key responsibilities for functional-to-technical mapping, user story grooming, data analysis, integration mappings, and the development, support, deployment, and maintenance of Dynamics CRM solutions. You will collaborate closely with the Program Development Manager and other team members to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality solutions.

We are currently seeking a talented D365 Techno Functional Consultant. In this role, you will have key responsibilities for functional-to-technical mapping, user story grooming, data analysis, integration mappings, and the development, support, deployment, and maintenance of Dynamics CRM solutions. You will collaborate closely with the Program Development Manager and other team members to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Work collaboratively with the Program Development Manager by sharing technical knowledge and expertise and identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Participate in the development activities of a small team to meet project deliverables.
- Contribute to the build and release activities for the product/project.
- Proactively resolve technical development issues for the team.
- Adhere to sequencing and prioritisation set by the Program Iteration Manager.
- Collaborate with other development teams and the Program Development Manager to identify dependencies and assist with scheduling.
- Participate in daily stand-ups and provide estimations for work effort as required.
- Collaborate closely with testers and project staff to ensure effective management of DevOps items, timely development sprints, and resolution of defects.
- Operate in an agile methodology environment to develop Dynamics 365-based solutions, including deployment and monitoring.
- Create and update technical design documents and as-built documentations.
- Ensure all functional requirements are covered in the technical designs, including creating and updating as-built design specifications and UI specifications.
- Review user stories, discuss with Business Analysts and Product Owners to ensure completeness and accuracy of information, including user interface specifications, business rules, data rules, security roles, and workflow rules.

Essential Requirements:

- Experience in a Senior D365 Developer role and Techno Functional consultant role.
- Demonstrated experience with implementing Application Life Cycle Management in Dynamics 365 Build and release process.
- Experience in building modular solutions using managed solutions.
- Proven experience working with business analysts, product owners to translate requirements into functional and technical designs, building and updating Entity Models for Dynamics 365 solutions, participating in sprint user story grooming and prioritization discussions, and creating and updating technical design documents.
- Experience working with GIT and Azure DevOps.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of core Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM) modules and best practices, including solution life-cycle management.
- Proficiency in development/technologies associated with Dynamics 365, such as workflows, cloud flows, Power Automate, plug-ins, client-side development, and Power BI.
- Familiarity with Power Apps Portals as a front end for Dynamics 365 systems.
- Experience and understanding of Unified Client Interface (Canvas) apps in Dynamics CRM.
- Strong experience in data analysis and integration mappings.
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Azure cloud-based services and their integration with Dynamics 365.
- Proficiency in Angular 6+, C#, HTML, CSS, and Web APIs.
