Sales Consultant

**The role**

Do you have a passion for selling? We’re looking for motivated and driven individuals to join our high-performing, high-energy team of specialist Sales Consultants.

The role is responsible for selling, and adding value to our multi-award winning brand Budget Direct and our partnerships with leading brands - ING, Virgin Money and Coles Insurance.

Our range of general insurance products protect customers on the road, at home and on holiday with various Car, Motorcycle, Home and Contents Insurance products as well as Roadside Assistance.

You’ll be talking customers through the sales journey, adding value for them via Auto & General products and ensuring an excellent customer experience at every turn.

**What we’re offering**:
- Permanent role- Monday-Friday rotating rosters between 7.00am - 6.00pm (You’ll be available to work a rotating roster between Monday-Saturday and work up to one Saturday every 1 to 4 weeks)

- A positive can-do attitude as we work towards key performance indicators and sales targets.- Exceptional experience and ability to build rapport with customers.- Great attention to detail and accuracy ensuring conversation is compliant and of the highest quality every time

- Excellent communication skills- Demonstrated success in a sales environment- Clear ability to learn and implement procedures- Ability to work in a diverse team environment- Capability to multitask and prioritise workload in a fast-paced environment
