**What You Will Be Working On**

Your role combines beauty expertise with exceptional customer service. You will:

- Conduct detailed hair health consultations, matching customers with their perfect products
- Share your growing product knowledge to help customers achieve their hair and beauty goals, creating personalized shopping experiences based on each client's unique needs
- Build lasting relationships through expert advice and genuine care
- Drive sales through your authentic passion for beauty and product expertise
- Contribute to an inspiring store environment through creative merchandising
- Support the salon team as required to deliver outstanding customer service

We're looking for someone who lives and breathes hair and beauty and loves learning about new products and sharing that knowledge and would like to work every Saturday.

Someone who takes pride in building authentic customer relationships and shows enthusiasm for continuous learning and development, which in turn brings positive energy to customer interactions and team collaboration

Previous retail or beauty industry experience is valuable but not essential - your passion for beauty and eagerness to learn are what matter most.
