Our client is an innovative international electrical goods company with a focus on local growth and customer satisfaction.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Planning and creating a clear, efficient territory plan focusing on quarterly selling objectives, key priorities and customers.
- Achieving sales targets and account management KPIs, shelf presence and display strategies.
- Executing distribution, shelf management and merchandising activities according to company standards.
- Delivering product training to retail store staff.
- Building and strengthening relationships with retail partners.
- Understanding and aligning SHARKNINJA business plans with retailer strategies.
- Providing proactive ideas and feedback from the field to Head Office.

This role requires regular travel to meet regionally based customers, so flexibility is essential.

Salary range is $80-85K + Super + Car & Phone allowance.
