About the role
- Able to plan, implement and evaluate programs through your strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
- Prior leadership experience in mentoring Educators to meet high standards of curriculum and documentation
- Capable to engage children through activities and experiences appropriate for age groups and stages of development
- Knowledge of many different early years theories with no “one size fit’s all”
- Team-player who is open to different views, receptive to feedback and reflects upon best practice

**Qualifications**:

- Current ACECQA approved Diploma/Bachelor qualification
- Current Working with Children's Check
- Current Anaphylaxis, Asthma, CPR and First Aid Certificates or willingness to obtain one
- Current Child Protection Training or willingness to obtain one

About the centre

As you walk through our doors, you will find our warm and inviting centre administration at our reception, Chefs kitchen and our community lounge where parents can catch up with each other or educators over a fresh barista made coffee.

The outdoor learning environment is an extension of the indoors with a strong focus on ecophilosophies and sustainability.

Our centre offers all-inclusive fees which comprise of fresh and healthy meals, linen, hats and nappies. Included are also extra-curricular activities, incursions and excursions such as weekly yoga classes, music classes and cooking/nutrition information classes.
