At Carbon Reducers, we’re passionate about helping Aussie households and businesses reduce their energy bills while making a positive environmental impact. We specialise in providing high-quality **solar panel systems and energy-efficient air conditioning solutions** under the Victorian Energy Upgrades (VEU) program and other government incentives.

We're expanding fast and are looking for **driven, confident, and enthusiastic Sales Representatives** to join our growing team

**What We’re Looking For**
- Sales experience (solar, HVAC, or door-to-door preferred, but not essential)
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and reliable
- Ability to explain technical products in simple terms
- Strong work ethic and a positive attitude
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation (if field-based)

**What You'll Be Doing**
- Conducting face-to-face or phone-based consultations with residential and commercial customers
- Educating customers on the benefits of solar energy and high-efficiency air conditioning systems
- Promoting products and government rebate programs such as VEU
- Preparing and delivering sales proposals tailored to the client’s energy needs
- Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
- Meeting or exceeding weekly and monthly sales targets
- Following up on leads provided and generating new ones through outreach and networking

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
