We are on the lookout for Ally’s Future Leader to take on the Store Manager Flagship Role in Fountain Gate Victoria.

The Store Manager will cultivate a vibrant and positive team environment where AMAZING customer service is a priority, driving the store’s financial performance to smash budgets and targets, promoting strong leadership by providing effective training, daily in-store operations, visual merchandising management and lead by example to ensure clear in-store executions of the business’ strategies, visions, values, and guidelines.

To be successful in this role you will be the leading ambassador of our brand, modelling Ally Fashion values of Customer Centric, Achieving Excellence, Display Honesty and Forever Evolving while having a genuine passion in mentoring others
