**The Position**

We have an exciting opportunity for a Yard Team Leader to join our team. This role will lead the operations team in the effective and timely movement of all vehicles incoming, outgoing and stored within the Prixcar compound and associated offsite storage/pickup locations.

**What you will do**:

- Lead the team to achieve KPIs
- Day to day operational issues are effectively responded to and escalated as required
- Balancing workflow, manning and to optimise productivity, labour efficiencies and minimise labour costs
- Assist in the development, training, coaching, mentoring required and identify any training gaps
- Assist in promoting efficiency improvements to processing work practices
- Ensure that quality assurance systems are adhered to at all times
- Manage effective relationships between departments
