By direct request from our participants and their carers, Person-Centered Ability Supports seeks experienced male support workers commencing as part time casual and moving to permanent who are energetic, enthusiastic, person centered and committed to providing quality support in working with a young, spirited man in Redbank Plains and with other clients in the area. You must have experience in supporting male participants with challenging behaviours, be a good communicator with fluency in speaking and a sound understanding of English language. If you would like to work in a supportive environment with a company that promotes person centered support that meaningfully empowers those with disabilities to have choice and control in their life, then we are looking for you.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $32.88 - $48.31 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 25 per week
