**SALARY PACKAGE: $80,000 + Super + Bonus**

**ABOUT THE ROLE**

As the CONFERENCE & EVENTS SALES MANAGER you'll be reporting to the Director of Sales & Marketing and have one direct report, a Conference & Events Executive.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
- Manage all client enquiries and leads relating to Conference & Events
- Responsible for driving sales and revenue to achieve set sales targets
- Understand competition and market trends to ensure the Hotel stays competitive
- Conduct client site inspections to ensure conversion of business

**WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED**
- Demonstrated passion for conference & events sales
- Professional appearance and excellent communication skills
- Solid understanding of hotel industry
- Creativity, motivation and enthusiasm for the role
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
