Front of House Senior Role - Pizzeria Violetta

The duties and responsibilities of a Waiter/Waitress include welcoming and seating guests, taking guest orders, communicating them effectively to the kitchen and in addition, memorizing the menu and offering recommendations to upsell appetizers, desserts, or drinks.

Excellent and respectful behaviour and etiquette are expected for interactions with fellow staff, stakeholders and customers.

Cashing on and cashing up are also required at beginning and end of shifts.

Opening and losing procedures and ongoing hygiene and cleanliness are expected.
