**About Us**

Bricks 4 Kidz is a dynamic and creative educational organization that brings the world of LEGO® bricks to children through fun and enriching programs. We are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Casual Team Leader to join our team and lead engaging Bricks 4 Kidz programs.

**We are hiring in Central Coast Area**

As a Casual Team Leader, you will take on a crucial role in orchestrating and leading a range of Bricks 4 Kidz programs designed for children of all ages. This casual position offers flexibility and is ideal for individuals who enjoy leading dynamic workshops and activities.

You will be delivering high quality workshops and fun programs for kids aged between 5 and 12 years at various locations

We run many School Holiday Programs and offer ongoing casual work during the school term in our School Incursion, After School Programs and Weekend programs.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and coordinate Bricks 4 Kidz holiday workshops, after-school sessions, school incursions, and parties.
- Provide guidance and support to program instructors during various events.
- Oversee program logistics, including setup, materials preparation, and cleanup.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment for participants.
- Communicate effectively with parents, participants, and the management team.
- Collaborate with the team to continuously enhance the program offerings.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in education, childcare, or related fields is preferred.
- Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and support a team.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Passion for hands-on learning, creativity, and working with children.
- Being creative, and love LEGO

**Preferred Qualification**:
Possession of a valid driver's license.

**Why a Driver's License is Preferable**:
Given the varied nature of the programs, the Team Leader may need to travel to different locations. Having a valid driver's license is preferable for flexibility in managing logistics, materials, and providing on-site support.

**Salary**: $20.00 - $49.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 30 per week
