**About the role**

We deliver a range of services that include risk assessments, remediation plans, air monitoring, and more. Due to our continued growth, we are looking for a WHS/ Hazmat Consultant specialized in hazardous materials management to join our growing team.

Here’s what you’ll be focused on:

- Asbestos and hazardous materials surveys and hygiene
- Asbestos fibre counting in our NATA-accredited laboratory
- Opportunity to gain experience in occupational hygiene monitoring including crystalline silica, noise, dust and other contaminants
- Production of quality reports based on your findings

**About you**

To be successful in this role you'll need to:

- Ideally have 2+ years' experience in a similar role having worked as a consultant in this field
- Experience in Asbestos and Hazmat surveying and hygiene
- This role is 60-70% a field-based role so you need to enjoy working in the field
- Relish travelling, as this role tends to land us in some amazing spots around the country
- Hold a full Australian driver’s license and Australian work rights
- Ideally hold a tertiary qualification in a related field
