Must be; trustworthy and reliable, flexible with days to work, punctual, hard working, high attention to detail, be okay with both cats & dogs, own transport, provide own cleaning kit as a subcontractor or I can package you up with supplies (minus vacuum) for a fee, positive attitude, show consistency with cleans, take pride in work, good timekeeping.

Willing to obtain an ABN.
