**Senior Optical Dispenser - New Practice Opening August 2025**

City Optics is launching this August in Wetherill Park’s shopping centre - and we’re looking for an experienced **Senior Optical Dispenser** to help lead the way.

This is your chance to step into a key leadership role from day one. You’ll oversee daily operations, support your team, and deliver top-tier patient care in a practice that values quality over quotas.

**The Role**
- Lead daily operations in a 7-day-a-week practice
- Supervise and support staff, guide workflows and team development
- Handle complex dispensing, frame adjustments, and edging
- Liaise with suppliers, manage stock and equipment
- Confidently resolve escalated patient issues

**What You Bring**
- 3-5+ years dispensing experience
- Skilled in interpreting complex prescriptions and lens solutions
- Strong communicator with team leadership experience
- Familiarity with Sunix or similar optical systems
- Comfortable working weekends as part of a rotating roster
