**About the Role**:
As part of the Jubilo Gelato team, you’ll play an essential role in making our shop a welcoming and enjoyable space for everyone. Your responsibilities will include:

- Serving our delicious gelato.
- Preparing drinks, including iced coffees, thickshakes, and hot coffees.
- Providing excellent customer service.
- Maintaining a clean and organised workspace.

This role requires flexibility to work both daytime and evening shifts, so availability during these times is important.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred.
- Barista experience is a bonus, as you’ll need to prepare hot coffees as part of the role.
- A positive, can-do attitude and strong communication skills.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliability, adaptability, and a willingness to learn.
