**Job summary**

Martinus are seeking an Electrical Supervisor to join our Plant team, based from Rocklea, Brisbane. You will lead a small team of electricians on the service and maintenance of our plant equipment.

**Tasks and Responsibilities**
- Oversee and effectively plan preventative and corrective maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with QA/QC, environmental and safe work procedures
- Provide strong and effective leadership to ensure personnel are appropriately trained and aware of their responsibilities
- Ensure that hazards are identified, risks assessed, and control measures planned and implemented, in consultation with relevant employees
- Ensure all activities are performed in compliance with the requirements of the relevant specifications, codes and standards
- Develop and submit supervisory reports for progress monitoring and performance information
- Requisition of minor materials and consumables as required
- Utilisation of planned resources in an efficient manner
- Provide supervision, coaching and development recommendations to team members

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience as an Electrical Supervisor
- QLD Electrical Licenece and relevant trade qualification
- Sound knowledge of HS&E requirements and ability to lead a team safely
- Excellent communication and engagement skills
- Strong people management skills and the ability to mentor and lead electrical team members
