**Responsibilities**:
- Provide evidence-based psychological interventions to clients in both an individual and group format via mixed modes of delivery e.g. telehealth / face to face.
- Maintain confidential written records of all sessions and ensure timely entry in our client management systems.
- Compose detailed and concise correspondence to external stakeholders in a timely manner as required e.g. GP letters, risk reports.
- Liaise with external agencies and medical/allied health professionals to ensure a collaborative approach to service delivery.
- Provide mobile visits to clients for off site consultation.
- Attend regular case conferencing and team meetings.
- Maintain ongoing professional development.
**Skills & experience**:
- Qualification in counselling, or psychotherapy, and should be eligible for membership/registration with a counselling accreditation body such ACA or PACFA.
- A minimum of one years' counselling experience in Australia including experience counselling adults.
- Experience with psychological assessment and data collection.
- Experience with evidence-based clinical therapies including Rogerian and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy.
- Excellent therapeutic skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
**Pre-employment requirements**:
- Accreditation within an Australian professional association.
- Evidence of working rights within Australia such as a passport or birth certificate.
- Professional indemnity insurance.
- A current valid driver's licence.
- National Police Records Check (less than 12 months old.
- COVID 19 Vaccination certificate with booster.
- Flu Vaccination certificate.
