Place Sunnybank are a business known within the industry for their ability to train salespeople to success. Having this month won the REIQ’s Medium Residential Agency of the Year, the team are riding on a high and eager to have multiple sales professionals join their flourishing business.

**The role will involve the following tasks**:

- Prospecting - cold calls, warm calls, client nurturing (daily);
- Prospecting - door knocking (daily);
- Letter box dropping;
- Database management as required;
- Conducting open homes and other inspections;
- Communicating confidently in English and in Chinese (preferred); and
- Attending valuations, inspections, buyer appointment.

**Requirements**:
**Due to the importance of the role, you will need**:

- High level of self-discipline, self motivation;
- Positive mindset, target driven, well-organised nature;
- High energy, vivid character, willingness to learn;
- Current QLD Driver’s License and suitable vehicle;
- Real Estate Sales Certificate or close to obtaining one;
- Experience in a customer facing industry (preferably sales, hospitality);
- Strong communication skills;
- High attention to detail; and
- Chinese fluency (preferred).
