As **Front of House** staff at Jasmin1, you’ll be the first point of contact for our guests. You will play a vital role in creating a welcoming atmosphere, ensuring every guest has an outstanding experience. Your attention to detail, strong communication skills, and commitment to excellent service will help maintain our high standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently.
- Take customer orders using a POS Square System.
- Ensure that guests' needs are met promptly and to the highest standard.
- Assist with maintaining cleanliness and organization in the front-of-house area.
- Handle customer queries and resolve any issues or complaints in a calm and courteous manner.
- Work closely with the team to provide a seamless service experience.
- Able to follow instructions and easy to deal with.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $23.23 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 1 - 40 per week
