We are looking for an enthusiastic, organized, and experienced Kitchen Supervisor to join our leadership team and help us continue our tradition of excellence.

**Position Overview**:
The Kitchen Supervisor will oversee the daily operations of the kitchen, ensuring food is prepared to the highest standards, safely, and efficiently. You will be responsible for supervising kitchen staff, ensuring cleanliness and safety standards are met, and assisting the Head Chef with menu planning and inventory management.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate kitchen staff during shifts, ensuring food preparation and service are executed to a high standard.
- Assist with daily food preparation and cooking, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and maintain stock rotation to reduce waste.
- Ensure kitchen safety and hygiene standards are consistently followed, including regular cleaning and sanitization.
- Provide training and mentorship to junior kitchen staff.
- Monitor and maintain kitchen equipment, notifying management of any maintenance needs.
- Help manage kitchen scheduling and employee performance.
- Handle any customer concerns or complaints related to food quality in a professional manner.

**Requirements**:

- Experience as a Kitchen Supervisor is preferred but not required
- In-depth knowledge of food safety, kitchen operations, and hygiene practices.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle stressful situations.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Culinary school diploma or relevant experience preferred.
- Food safety handling certificate
