Cheltenham Golf Club is a 9-hole semi-private golf club located on the famous Melbourne sand belt in Cheltenham Victoria. Cheltenham GC is nestled amongst some of the countries (if not the world's) best golf course and is only 30 minutes from the CBD.
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic 2IC/Assistant Superintendent to help with the general daily operation and management of the maintenance schedule, daily supervision of staff and assisting with the implementation of projects and plans as directed by the Course Superintendent. This is a full-time senior position (additional rostered weekend work is required) and would suit a qualified turf professional who is looking to make the step up in management.

Suitable applicants should have the following qualifications, experience & traits:
- Formal qualification (certificate III in Sports Turf Management) [minimum].
- Competency in the use of specialised golf course equipment.
- Exceptional eye for detail and the ability to display initiative for continual improvement.
- Be able to follow instructions.
- Be self directed (work autonomously as required) and have a can do attitude.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
**Salary**: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
