**The Role**

Our Assistant Store Managers support the Store Manager and enable the team for our customers to experience the difference of a
Store.
- Support build a culture of development which inspires and engages the team, creates future leaders and high performance
- Advocate for the Cotton On Foundation, engaging the team on how they can make life changing impact on our projects around the world
- Bring your commercial eye to the store, spot trade opportunities, and find solutions to improve the customer experience and store results
- Embed customer excellence whilst growing your business through clear direction and operational excellence
