**In this role you will be responsible for managing the receipt and issue of goods in an accurate and timely manner and in accordance with policies and procedures.**

**Working in the warehouse at our Bayswater site, and store at the Refinery site, you will ensure commitment to the safety of self and others, at all times. This is a permanent full-time position.**

**Your role as a Storeperson will involve**:

- Oversee procurement, storage, and issuing of goods, ensuring adherence to Inventory Management principles
- Manage daily stock operations including review, ordering, receipt, put-away, picking, issuing, and maintaining appropriate stock levels
- Conduct regular cycle counts, location verifications, and movement reviews, and raise Purchase Orders as per company policies
- Operate forklifts for loading/unloading vehicles, manage stock receivals, and ensure site-to-site inventory transfers with first-in first-out rotation
- Ensure safe storage of chemicals and dangerous goods, participate in annual stock takes, maintain warehouse cleanliness, and uphold health and safety standards
- Ensure that all deliveries are distributed to requester
- Ensure that all work is undertaken in compliance with legislative requirements and Company Policies and Procedures
- Avoid adversely impacting the environment through any act or omission at work and report identified environmental hazards and incidents

**Experience**:

- Valid LF (forklift) High Risk Work License
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role
- Strong time management ability
- Enjoys working in a collaborative environment
