Full-time Nanny

**Our Family**: - We're a laid-back, loving family based in Vaucluse. The household is made up of two girls, aged 9 and 17, who are both kind, respectful, and genuinely lovely to be around. We also have two golden retrievers who are very much part of the family. The home has a calm, welcoming energy and we'd love to find someone who fits into that naturally. Someone who's warm, dependable, and confident helping things flow smoothly day to day. The parent travels often for work, so it's important that you're comfortable stepping into the sole carer role when needed and can keep the household feeling steady and cared for. **Your Duties**: - This is a full-time role with working hours split into two blocks each day: 7:00am to 11:00am and 2:00pm to 6:00pm, Monday to Friday. There is a break in the middle of the day, and some flexibility may be required during school holidays or when the parent is travelling. The role includes supporting the girls with their daily routines, including helping them get ready in the morning, doing school drop-offs and pick-ups (a car is provided), preparing school lunches and healthy dinners, and managing their after-school activities and appointments. Light supervision of homework and being a steady, supportive presence is also part of the role. During the child-free hours, the caregiver is responsible for general household management. This includes grocery shopping, running errands, laundry, keeping the home clean and organised, and ensuring everything runs smoothly day to day. Occasional admin related to school or household logistics may also be required. As the parent travels regularly for work, the caregiver will need to stay overnight and take on sole care of the girls and dogs during those periods. These trips can come up at short notice, so flexibility and confidence with proxy parenting are important.
