Maintenance Fitter

Protech are looking for an experienced Maintenance Fitter to perform work with our client, located in Pemulwuy on their day shift.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**
- Day shift 6am - 2pm
- Part time - Thursday, Friday & Saturday
- International client

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Carry out plant checks and readings on essential equipment
- Conduct continuous monitoring of production lines to identify and implement improvements
- Oversee maintenance on key pieces of equipment including; the refrigeration plant, thermoforming and dosing machinery, box sorting conveyor system, carton sealing machines, hi-speed roller doors, dock doors and levelers, lighting, turnstiles and access control
- Carry out machine inspections on all of the above, conduct relevant repairs or improvements and carry our preventative maintenance on equipment
- General maintenance upkeep of warehouse and office

**TICKETS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED**
- 3 years previous experience working on a range of Machinery, including to be able to trouble shoot and repair
- Experience using hand and power tools
- Strong Electrical knowledge
- Previous experience in Food Manufacturing experience highly regarded.
- Physically able to work in a refrigerated environment (3 degrees)
