**The Role**

Join team at** Return & Earn Warehouse in Penrith on a permanent, full-time basis**. Lots of opportunities to learn new things, and your great team spirit and good customer service skills will be invaluable to your successful performance in the role. You will assist in collecting, sorting, and storage of recyclable drink containers. On the job training in using specialised equipment will be provided. **A current Forklift Licence is required (**_Counter Balance_**).**

**Your responsibilities**:

- Provide excellent customer service
- Operate equipment used for bulk sorting of recyclable drink containers
- Use forklift to empty bins of sorted recyclable containers
- Operate point of sale system for accurate sales and refund transactions
- Assist in other activities i.e. housekeeping, maintenance of warehouse equipment, reporting faulty equipment needing repair, etc.

**To be successful in this role, you will need**:

- Excellent communication skills and ability to provide outstanding customer service
- Experience in using forklifts and a current valid Forklift Licence
- Experience working within a warehouse and/or production environment
- Capacity to perform manual/physical tasks
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, and independently
- Thorough understanding of work, health and safety requirements within a warehouse environment
