Rowanos Restaurant is Hiring Wait Staff for our croydon store.

Are you passionate about providing exceptional customer service and creating memorable dining experiences? Rowanos Restaurant, a renowned establishment in the heart of chirnside park,seville & croydon, is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Wait Staff.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and seat customers, ensuring a warm and friendly welcome.
- Take accurate orders and deliver them to the kitchen promptly.
- Serve food and beverages with attention to detail and presentation.
- Provide recommendations on menu items and answer customer inquiries.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized dining area.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure efficient service.
- Process customer payments and handle any billing inquiries.
- Address customer concerns or complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Uphold high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety protocols.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
- Responsible service of alcohol certification
- must be 18 years and more.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work well under pressure.
- Strong multitasking and organizational abilities.
- A positive and proactive attitude with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

**Salary**: $20.33 - $41.09 per hour
