**Pre-Press Operator**
Super Labels specialises in high quality Label Printing and Production and has grown into a company with a reputation for innovation, quality and service.
We are certified to ISO9001 and we are seeking a Prepress Operator to join our team, in a full-time capacity.
As a Prepress Operator you will be required to pre-flight and prepare client supplied files for print. An understanding of printing processes, impositions and finishing techniques such as foil stamping, spot varnishing and embossing is highly regarded.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat) **is advantageous** and other key duties include the following;
- Maintain file systems and ensure barcodes are to GS1 standard
- Setup and process variable data
- Manipulate, set and compose text and graphics into suitable format for printing
- Platemaking, setup and execution of plates
- Communicate effectively with clients
On the job training in any areas needed will be provided for the right applicant.
You must be able to work both autonomously and as part of a team, have a keen eye for detail, meet deadlines and work well under pressure.
