**Responsibilities**:

- Assist our experienced technicians in installing, repairing, and maintaining air conditioning and refrigeration systems for commercial and residential clients.
- Learn how to diagnose and troubleshoot issues in HVAC systems, ensuring their optimal performance.
- Follow safety protocols and industry guidelines while working on various projects.
- Acquire knowledge of different tools and equipment used in the industry.
- Collaborate with the team to complete projects on time and to the highest standards.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Enthusiasm and eagerness to pursue a career in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
- Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
- A valid driver's license is preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Apprenticeship
Part-time hours: 40 per week

**Salary**: $40,660.00 - $91,292.64 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Christmas bonus
- Overtime pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Chipping Norton, NSW: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
