Mechanical Technician role available to join our SQS teams and may be assigned in either NSW, QLD, SA, VIC, or WA

We service our customers through multiple SQS businesses and division affiliates in various States in Australia. In NSW: Steelpipes, Piling Solutions Australia, Rigby Jones, Rollco, Metal Shop Technics, Southern Sheet & Coil, Coil Processors. In QLD: RPG Australia. In Victoria: Surdex Steel, Smithweld Bending, KOMO Metform Engineering, Alliance Laser, Surdex Sheet & Coil, Eliott Engineering, Australian Rollforming Manufacturers. In SA: Brice Metals, Ferrocut. In WA: WA Cutting Services, Boyd Metal Industries

To succeed in this position, you will need to have industry related experience within similar positions, a strong work ethic and strong safety focus.

The ability to carry out work with mínimal supervision, a keen and enthusiastic approach to your work and willingness to work over time will help you ensure success in this role.
- Perform maintenance duties on a range of machinery
- Focuses on quality and workplace safety
- Must have mechanical aptitude
- Installation and Assembly
- Strong fault finding and independent problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills
- Strong work ethic and values team work

**Salary**: Between $70,000 and $75,000 per annum + Super
