Violin / Piano Teacher at Crescendo Academy

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide high-quality violin and piano instruction to students of varying ages and skill levels.
- Develop individualized lesson plans to meet each student's needs and goals.
- Encourage and motivate students to achieve their musical potential.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Participate in academy events, such as recitals and concerts.
- Maintain a positive and encouraging learning environment.
- Ensure consistency attendance in teaching by adhering to scheduled lessons

**Qualifications**:

- Completed AMEB AMusA (**or equivalent**) or hold a degree in music.
- Experience in teaching students of all ages and levels.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and contribute to a positive team environment.
- Willingness to commit long-term and grow with the academy.
