Butcher

WARRINGAH MALL MEATS PTY LTD is seeking a reliable and motivated Butcher to join our Company. This role is suited to someone with butchering experience or solid knife-handling skills. As a Butcher in our facility, you will be primarily responsible for processing and preparing red meats in bulk (pork, beef, lamb to name few) to meet supply and operational demands.

**Tasks & Responsibilities**
- Cut, trim and shape standard cuts of meat to size
- Process carcasses into primary and secondary cut
- Pack and store products for display and sales
- Order supplies from wholesalers using AUS-MEAT Language, as well as weigh and check stock on receipt
- Assemble and operate mincers, grinders, mixers, patty-forming or sausage-forming machines, and bandsaws
- Prepare marinated meats, value-added and ready-to-cook dishes
- Handling and operating knives and cutting tools safely and efficiently
- Conducting value-adding tasks (e.g. crumbing, marinating) when required
- Weighing, labelling, and preparing meat for packaging and distribution

**Qualifications & Work Experience**:

- Relevant Qualifications minimum Certificate III or Higher
- Prefer Minimum 1 Year Work Experience

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
