In this **Payroll Specialist **role, you will manage the monthly payroll process, including management of the payroll provider relationship to ensure completeness, accuracy and timeliness of compensation payments to employees.

**What you will do**:

- Conduct monthly end-to-end payroll process including standard compensation, bonus & commission and statutory payments
- Partner with internal customers to ensure controls compliance and drive the local merit and bonus process
- Partner with Finance stakeholders analyse compensation impacts to the P&L, ensure Balance Sheet reconciliations are accurate and internal controls compliance is maintained
- Management and delivery of the Bonus and Commission planning and delivery process
- Coordinate the yearly bonus and merit increase process in conjunction with HR

**Who we are looking for**:

- Proven experience managing payroll process and external payroll provider relationship management
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise and manage a large work volume at critical times
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, specifically Excel and Word
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to effectively build relationships with internal customers
- 2+ years of experience in administering payroll and understanding payroll legislation
