**Your Role
**You'll be the first point of contact for the service, managing our reception and being part of a busy administration team who provide professional and efficient support to the team.

Your tasks will include:

- Management of incoming and outgoing mail
- Providing advice and information on Ozcare's products and services
- Preparing detailed documents
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation

You will have:

**Role Requirements**
- Be vaccinated (and maintain up-to-date vaccinations) against Influenza and Covid-19
- Current Police Screening Certificate
- Current Queensland drivers' licence
- Certificate IV in Administration or equivalent experience
- Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
