**Store Manager - multiple opportunities available.**

We are looking to welcome a talented Store Manager, passionate about our brand and values, to join our retail team this year. You will be passionate and enthusiastic about our product, values and delivering exceptional service to our very loyal customer base in addition to being highly efficient in managing the day to day operations of our beloved retail spaces
- Premium Bayside & Inner City locations
- Full Time, Tuesday - Saturday roster

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Delivering exceptional service to each and every one of our customers
- Outfitting, upselling and onselling our beautiful, timeless product range by engaging customers with features, benefits and sustainability features
- Own the smooth and efficient day to day operation of your retail store to ensure an exceptional in store experience
- Ensuring all operations are effective, productive and in line with expectations
- Critically analyse your business to ensure commercial outcomes are optimised (expenses are effectively managed, wages are in line with sales, and products are well merchandised)
- Effectively manage a small team including interviewing, training, rostering, timesheet management and optimising the performance of your team
- Living and breathing ELK as a true brand ambassador

**You will come well equipped with**:

- Experience managing or leading a team within a retail (or similar) environment essential
- Proven experience overseeing the effective and profitable daily operations of a retail store ensuring optimum efficiency, productivity, and performance to budgets
- Ability to deliver exceptional customer service with a natural flair for making genuine connections with others
- Ability to excel working in a team environment, nurturing and supporting those around you

Successful applicants will be passionate and enthusiastic about our product, values and delivering exceptional service to our very loyal customer base,
- Casual roles available, with immediate start
- Availability to work Thursdays, Fridays & Weekends (Saturdays and Sundays) essential
- Shifts available across all locations - including Preston, City, Carlton & Albert Park

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Delivering exceptional service to each and every one of our customers
- Outfitting, upselling and onselling our beautiful, timeless product range to our customers
- Regularly discussing the features, benefits and sustainability features of our product range
- Effectively processing transactions (from purchases, through to gift vouchers and returns)
- Maintaining an exceptional in store environment including cleaning, restocking, pricing and visual merchandising
- Living and breathing ELK as a true brand ambassador

**You will come well equipped with**:

- Experience working in a retail store environment (experience working with women’s apparel highly regarded)
- Ability to deliver exceptional customer service
- A natural flair for making genuine connections with others
