Working under the direction of the Workshop Manager you will be required to:
- Learn the skills of the trade in either machining or fabrication
- Good attitude and willing to learn
- Perform CNC Milling & Lathe operations,
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications to determine method and sequence of operations and machine settings required
- Perform operational functions with Fanuc & Siemens controllers
- Fabricate & weld parts
- Learn geometric development
- Good mechanical aptitude and assembly skills
- Learn to work in a workshop environment
- Learn to use precision measuring equipment
- Learn to work to tight deadlines, manage work loads and be part of a team environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills promoted.

**On Offer**

Permanent position, 5% above award wage for your year level, plus super, plus overtime.
